A Little About Myself

I love sports. I played soccer my entire youth and even competed at the university level. Though I loved every moment of it; I knew I wanted something more to push my health and fitness to the next level. So, I conditioned my mind and body for a career in boxing. I competed in amateur boxing for 6 years and won the championship for British Columbia, Canada in 2019.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I had to pivot from path of amateur boxing and during this time, I realized my ultimate passion is in helping others. Not only in health and fitness, but also mental health, relationships, and professional aspirations.

I have dedicated much of my time to helping young men with their mental health and self-esteem since I was 19. Not only through being a soccer, basketball, and boxing coach – but also a youth mental health support person for a local residential youth care facility.

During this time, I encountered many people, particularly men, with low self-esteem and saw first-hand how this affected their personal and romantic relationships. And I knew I wanted to help them.

Me, As Your Coach

My friends and acquaintances often sought me out to discuss problems, especially ones dealing with intimacy. Intimacy and sex are topics that men can get very awkward just thinking about when it comes to themselves, so I can imagine how uncomfortable it may have been for my friends and may be for you to talk about them.

Everyone goes through intimacy issues. And just because you’re a man doesn’t mean intimacy isn’t important to you. And yes, sex is important, but sex and intimacy aren’t one in the same. Working on your issues in the bedroom can help your relationship and increase your confidence all around.

I want to help you implement simple and effective changes in your lifestyle that will produce long-term results in intimacy, romantic relationships, health and wellness, and your professional journey.

You can benefit from working with me because not only do I tailor each treatment plan to your specific needs, but also help you develop and grow in ways that supplement meeting your goals – leading to longer lasting and often better results. Helping you create change in life further fuels my passion in helping others.

We focus on ways to change your cognitive approach and behaviors so that you can lead a more fulfilled and successful life. I do this by taking a collaborative approach not only with the Safe Space Counseling team, but also targeting issues in a holistic manner.

I am an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certified Life Coach and am currently enrolled in the Harvard Medical School Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching program to further my knowledge on evidence-based approaches to behavior change.

My hope and goals are to help my clients by using the most cutting-edge techniques so they can attain their full potential.
